You must be 62 years of age or older to apply for an apartment. Whether you're single, married, or disabled you'll find living arrangements that suit you perfectly. You must also meet income requirements because Fellowship Center was constructed in 1982 under an agreement with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, under Section 8 of the National Housing Act.
Enjoy Affordable Monthly Rent and Utilities
Your monthly rent is composed of 30 percent of your total net monthly income. This includes a total of all residing in the apartment. It may also be 10 percent of your total gross income, or 25 dollars minimum, whichever is greater. A utility allowance is then deducted from your proposed rent figure.
