Location of Our Apartment for Seniors and the Disabled

You're welcome to the Fellowship Center, where you're offered apartment living built just for low-income seniors and the disabled. Our facility is located in Mattoon, Illinois next to the Odd-Fellow Rebekah Nursing Home. 


You can be assured that you're choosing the best senior living facility in the area, as we've been in business since 1982. We're celebrating our 38th year in business. 


Stop in and you'll appreciate the modern and secure building that houses 122 clean, one-bedroom apartments. Everything you need is right here on campus! Call us to learn more about the amenities offered to you.

Arrange a Visit to Our Apartments

You're invited for a complimentary on-site visit where you can tour the apartments and the lovely, cared-for grounds. Join us for a game of bingo, check out our library, and let us show you all that's included in our affordable complex. Give us a call when it's convenient for you, and we'll get in touch with you to establish a date and time.

Requirements to Move in to Our Apartments

  • $23,800.00 for a single person
  • $27,200.00 for two persons living together
  • 40% of all new move-ins must be below annual incomes of $14,250.00 for singles
  • 40% of all new move-ins must be below annual incomes of $17,420.00 for two people
